I have been in practice in Wilmington since 1993. I graduated from Yale University and Georgetown Medical School. I completed my psychiatry residency at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center, which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. I am Board Certified in Psychiatry.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes, I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. Any payment due from you is collected at the time of service.
PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS
Please check to see if a pre-authorization is required by your insurance for your mental health benefits. If your insurance requires pre-authorization, you need to ask to see me specifically and obtain such pre-authorization in advance of your appointment. If you find that your insurance requires pre-authorization now or in the future, please let my me know as soon as possible.
APPOINTMENTS/
CANCELLATIONS
Since I work by appointment and reserve a specific amount of time for each patient, you can rely me to be on time and to see you when your appointment is scheduled. If you cannot keep your appointment for any reason, you are required to give me at least 24 hours advance notice. If not, you must pay for the time that was reserved for you.
